Jeff Berg has been in the health care industry for over 30 years as a Financial Underwriter, Account Executive and Broker. He has underwritten self funded, fully insured and small group plans. Jeff graduated form the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.A. degree in Finance and co-founded B&C Consulting.  Jeff’s strong financial background and industry knowledge is the cornerstone to keeping your premium budgetable and predictable.

Paul Coglitore is a University of St. Thomas Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Communications.  Paul has over 30 years experience in the employee benefits arena as a Broker, Account Service Manager, and Account Executive.  Prior to co-founding B&C Consulting, LLC, Paul held an Account Executive position with Medica Health Plans.  Paul’s service, sales and insurance industry background make him exceptionally qualified to assist you with all your employee benefit needs.
